Tax The Heat

Introducing Bristol's Tax The Heat, born from a pure love of straight ahead rhythm and blues music. With nods to many of their influences, the music they create has taken on its own character – combining elements of 60's R&B, 70's classic rock and contemporary song writing, all within a deep-rooted blues ethic.

The band recorded their debut self titled EP with desert rock king Chris Goss (QOTSA, Mark Lanegan, Kyuss, Sound City Players) and it has since gone on to receive airtime from the likes of Planet Rock and BBC Introducing. The Debut EP was released in November on a Limited run of 500 10" Vinyl to coincide with touring the UK.

Having made a strong statement in 2013, it looks to be an even bigger and better year for Tax The Heat in 2014-
